In general your new Australian Flagstaff is covered by
a parts and labour warranty for 12 months. There are some areas with
extended warranties and some limitations.
Australian Flagstaff 5th wheels are not imported
American models. They are purpose built for Australia. Where possible
Australian approved and supported appliances are used, e.g.
refrigerators, stoves, air conditioners etc. These appliances, where
applicable, are covered by two year warranties by the appliance
manufacturer's representative in Australia. Individual registration
may be required. Warranty coverage and registration forms, where
applicable, are supplied.
The Fibreglass shell of the Flagstaff is covered by a
limited two year warranty.
The axles are covered by a limited
two year warranty.
Limitation: the axles must be regularly maintained by an authorised
Forest River Australia dealer.
The vinyl roof is covered by a limited twelve year
warranty. Limitation: the roof must be regularly maintained by an
authorised Forest River Australia dealer.
General Warranty Limitations
The Australian Flagstaffs are designed and warranted
for recreational use on bitumen and dirt roads. No warranty extends to
the units if they are used for commercial purposes, as a permanent
residence, a rental unit, or off road. Misuse or neglect including
failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, unauthorised
alteration, accident, and improper loading shall discharge Forest
River Australia under this warranty. The warranty will also not cover
damage to the trim and appearance of items located in or on the unit
where damage is due to condensation, normal wear and tear or exposure
to the elements.
Warranty can only be obtained through authorized
dealers and service centres and from Forest River Australia.
