The Flagstaff 30 Spacevan offers a massive interior even for a 30 footer
with two slide-out (shown above). The ”Original” Flagstaff
Spacevan is built by Forest River for its quality and proven durability
in tough conditions. And yet it is still an "ultra lite" weighing
just over 3 tonne. The Spacevan even sleeps five people in fixed beds
(two in master bedroom, three in slide out bedroom). It is ideal for a
family or for two couples. With the dinette and sofa bed converted to
beds it will sleep 9 people!
The advantage of fifth wheels over conventional caravans
is that the pin (tow hitch) weight is carried over the rear axle thus
dramatically reducing the likelihood of sway and pitching. The Flagstaff
30 Spacevan can be towed behind many vehicles but is particular good
behind the Ford F250.
MASTER BEDROOM
The bedroom features a queen size bed,
wardrobes and overheads. High-rise gas struts reveal the huge under bed
storage.
SECOND SLIDE OUT BEDROOM
The slide out second bedroom features a double bed,
with a fold down single bunk.
KITCHEN
The Flagstaff Spacevan is built with your comfort in
mind. A value-packed design that you are looking for in a fifth wheel,
with features such as a large double door fridge/freezer, stove, grill/oven along with a microwave oven and loads of
drawers and overhead cabinet storage.
BATHROOM
The bathroom, with a large shower, small bath and full flush toilet
(with separate grey and black water holding tanks) allows you to be
truly independent. The vanity is in a separate area for your
convenience.
